 Coding Instructor - Part Time What are we looking for?We are looking for a Coding Instructor to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal to inspire the next generation of coders. Our Instructors are the ones that make our mission work. This individual oversees the day-to-day coaching and student engagement. Are you experienced in working with children? Do you enjoy teaching and building problem-solving skills in young engineering minds? Have you mentored youth? This could be the role for you. Responsibilities include:

• Training – hands on training provided on site
• Create a positive and safe environment in which students can grow
• Administer Assessments to the students to determine skill levels
• Provide feedback to parents after the assessment class
• Follow opening/closing duties daily
• Maintain a Clean and orderly classroom environment throughout the day to ensure it keeps to standard
• Provide a daily report on activities and productivity in classroom

Qualifications:

• Mentoring/coaching/tutoring children ages 6 and up
• Experience working with the general public
• Collaborates with other team members to ensure success  
• Knowledgeable about coding and technology; or able to quickly pick up basic concepts
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environments where pivoting quickly is a must
